The Targeted Skills Shortage Project (TSSP) is an initiative of the BC Ministry of Jobs, Tourism & Skills Training. TSSP provides up to $1500 per employee to a maximum of $7500 per employer to engage in training activities for their low-skilled workers. Funding arrangements for employers in the East Kootenays are provided by KES.
