Employment Assistance Services (EAS) are free services to job seekers and include:

• A resource centre with a job board, client phone, photocopying, faxing, printing, and computers
• A comprehensive client library filled with current job seeker, personal development and small business titles
• Résumé and cover letter builders
• A local resource directory for job seekers
• Information on training, financial supports and benefits, SIN applications, and Employment Insurance
• Job search assistance through résumé development, labour market information and job search strategies
• Employment counseling to assist people to find work, change jobs, acquire training and start businesses
• In-depth assessments for career determination and essential skills measurement
• Job maintenance for persons having difficulties on-the-job
• Referrals to other agencies
