Our office is looking for an outgoing, fast paced, professional person to join our reception team part time. We are a busy multi-discipline clinic. The applicant must be detail oriented and very comfortable with computers and changing technology. Word/Excel experience an asset. Previous healthcare experience preferred. The job will be ~10 hours per week and coverage for vacation when others team members are away.
Job duties include greeting clients as they arrive, answering the phone, taking payment, processing insurance claims, laundry, booking appointments and other regular day to day duties.
