What will I be doing?
• Maintain processing of monthly accounting flow and reports for several businesses.
• You will be using Xero/QuickBooks computer software and Microsoft Office.
• Monitor and manage performance indicators on a weekly basis of our managed properties and construction projects.
• You will ensure compliance with external agencies
• You will prepare annual budgets, prepare monthly summaries and analyze variances.
What are we looking for?
• Financial performance management skills, strong accounting skills.
• Positive and proactive communication with stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in QuickBooks or Xero and advanced ability with MS Office and Excel. A formal education in accounting or enrollment in a professional in an association is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Financial performance management, cost variance analysis, preparation of monthly reports and attention to cost savings.
