- prior reception/administration experience as well as experience in a legal environment is considered an asset

Duties Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- greeting clients, answering phones, checking email and mail, taking messages
- taking payments and providing receipts
- using our office software to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- preparation of legal documents
- file management
- local deliveries and bank runs
- general administration duties
- Overflow bank reporting
