Requirements • Minimum 1 year bookkeeping or payroll experience
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
• Individual will be positive and energetic, highly organized and a quick learner
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Knowledge in Excel, and computer data entry
• Experience in A/P, A/R, and invoicing
• Experience with bank and account reconciliations of various types
• Works easily with numbers, detailed oriented and meticulous.
• Incumbent will be flexible, able to take direction well and multitask
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero is an asset
• Passion and energy for creating memorable

Duties • Maintain processing of monthly accounting flow and reports for several businesses.
• Enter data and maintain updated records using online hotel software and accounting computer software.
• Assist with account receivable, account payables and invoicing
• Monitor and verify financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with external agencies
• Prepare monthly summaries and analyze variances
