Duties -Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.

-Follow recipes and presentation specifications.

-Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

-Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.

-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
