Your responsibility will be to:
- Oversee the day to day operations of the store.
- Make sure all staff perform their duties to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with their shopping, delivery and in experience.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.
- Develop and maintain retail store sales targets and budgets.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays.
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new products as required.
- Schedule and assign duties to sales and delivery staff.
