Requirements You hold a secondary school diploma or equivalent, combined with a minimum of six months experience in an administrative support role. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to provide service oriented solutions to clients while ensuring a positive client interaction at all times. Your attention to detail along with demonstrated organizational and time management skills position you well to meet deadlines in an environment of constantly changing priorities. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and marketing support to our Financial Advisor who is based out of Kimberley, BC. The incumbent is responsible for preparing and maintaining files, booking appointments, following up with clients, and completing various monthly reports.
