Requirements - Effective and efficient daily operation and management of the kitchen staff to maintain the highest level of food safe service, food quality and product consistency
- Maintain and enhance product offerings in partnership with the Restaurant Manager and F&B Director
- Assist in the planning, execution and follow up on food product for catering events, group functions and weddings
- Hire, train, coach and develop a successful & enthusiastic team of kitchen employees
- Manage scheduling in accordance with labour targets and employment policies
- To perform other tasks and duties that are applicable

Duties - Red Seal or equivalency required
- Postgraduate diploma and related certifications an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role in a cooking environment
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining food quality standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of fine food, wine and quality service
- Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the RCR Employee Handbook
- Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs
