Requirements - Ability to welcome and acknowledge guests with a smile, eye contact and a friendly greeting
- Skilled listener to understand needs and solve issues promptly in a professional manner
- Proficient use of computer and ability to learn programs
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and associates
- Ability to balance sales and payments
- Organized and detail oriented with thorough follow-up skills
- Front Desk or Night Audit experience an asset

Duties - Exceptional customer service to all guests, associates and staff
- Perform audit procedures
- Check guest in and out of hotel
- Provide professional, quality service to guests
- Diligently create, change or cancel reservations upon request
- Work closely with all departments
- Ensure building and areas are secure, clean and well-presented
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Other duties as per job description
