Qualifications: A Business Administration Certificate (with accounting courses) or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in an accounting environment (cash receiving, reconciliations and accounts payable). The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office software, have strong multi-tasking, analytical and time management skills and the ability to interact effectively, tactfully and respectfully with others.
Duties: Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable functions college-wide, balancing and data entry of cash receipt summaries and bank deposits, and ensuring the College's internal financial controls and vendor/customer requirements are met.
