Requirements •Proven ability to work as a team player and able to work flexible hours
•Accounting experience will be considered an asset
•Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
•Demonstrate good organizational skills
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing and asset management, or with related experience
•Good aptitude with computers, experience with purchasing/asset control software and MS Office
•Strong writing and good verbal communication skills
•Willingness to be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
•Mechanical aptitude, and good analytical and mathematical skills

Duties •Liaise with the Maintenance Planner for processing requisitions, and inventory requirements
•Responsible for the warehouse and the functions of purchasing, receiving, inventory counts, storage, and deliveries
•Communicate with vendors and accounts payable to ensure timely delivery of parts and accurate processing of invoices
•Develop and maintain good working relationships and professionalism with vendors and suppliers
•Tracking and reporting weekly spending within the departments
•Provide the Maintenance Superintendent with the required reports for planning and scheduling maintenance activit
