Responsible for executing Jimmy’s Pub & Grill menu items that meet the quality, presentation and timing standards of our chefs.
- Accountable to follow recipes and portion controls properly
- Responsible for setting up stations and restocking items; must organize, sanitize and clean the kitchen, storage areas and coolers
- Expected to handle, store and rotate all products properly
- Must be able to work calmly in a very high-paced environment
- Comfortable in catering to banquets and work well assisting others in the kitchen
- Independently open and/or close the kitchen and follow daily checklists
- Perform related duties such as washing dishes, recycling, or any other duties as assigned by the kitch
