Duties |
To ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff Ensure public and personal safety while assisting guests at every opportunity Regulate guest compliance to Fernie Alpine Resort COVID-19 Policy with a focus on mask wearing and social distancing throughout resort property Know and adhere to Respectful Workplace Policy, promptly reporting incidents as necessary Provide ongoing support to other resort staff Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook Know and follow all safe work procedures |
