| Requirements |
• Two (2) to Five (5) years experience and a sound working knowledge of a Grocery/Supermarket. • Must be available to work a minimum of 2 (two) nights including weekends • Previous management/leadership experience in the retail/supermarket industry is an asset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. |
| Duties |
• Lead the Front End team to provide excellent customer service with the highest efficiency of productivity • Responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the Front End department including: leading crew of cashiers, PC Express shoppers and service clerks to optimum productivity, ordering, merchandising, customer service and labour scheduling. • Promote and support superior customer relations in a professional manner. • Promote and increase sales through effective merchandising techniques, suggestive selling and attractive product presentation. • Responsible for all aspects of Employee relations including, Interviewing, Hiring, Training and the on-going Development and Motivation of the team. |
