Requirements |
You combine an interest in history with a high capability with social media and digital technologies, and your post-secondary studies are related to one or both of those fields. You can manage multiple tasks, have excellent English language abilities, and provide excellent visitor services all day, every day. Young Canada Works eligibility criteria: Full-time student intending to return to school full-time in September; Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status; Legally entitled to work in Canada; Between age 15 and 30; Able to commit to the full work term. |
Duties |
As our Digital Content Creator, you do everything from continuing our On This Day posts on Facebook and Instagram, to creating all-new content for our YouTube, Zoom, Facebook Live, and other channels. You’ll organise our “Learning Links” content and create new resources for that, add digital content via QR codes to existing exhibits, and help other staff and volunteers with the technicalities of creating virtual content related to their projects. You also support daily Museum operations such as visitor services and programs. |
