Requirements Candidate must have their level 1 Foodsafe and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry or equivalent post secondary education. Passion for local sustainable food a plus. We have a small kitchen so working together with the team is essential.

Duties Job duties include, but are not limited to: light prep, setting up the line, working pans/sauté station, garde manger and charcuterie.
