· Availability: 24 hour/day availability required. 7 day/week availability preferred. Must be available weekends and evenings.
· Grade 12 Diploma (or equivalent) required. Formal education in Hospitality and/or Tourism Management preferred.
· Experience: 1-2+ years’ experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Industry relevant experience including front office work, reservations call centers and customer service.
The purpose of the seasonal Front Office Supervisor’s role is to share in the responsibilities of the Front Office & Revenue Manager and, in doing so, support the vision, direction and culture of the department as a member of the Front Office Leadership team.
