Hiring for our summer season June to early October. As a Line Cook at Island Lake your will have a strong background and experience in the culinary field combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in fine dining or a Culinary school diploma or trade certificate is an asset. Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures is beneficial. Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
