Minimum Office Administration with bookkeeping specialty but Business Management Diploma preferred.
Experience would definitely be preferred as there may be minimal training.
SAGE/Simply Accounting Pro software and Excel skills a must.
Highly organized and motivated bookkeeper required. Must know complete bookkeeping/accounting cycle duties on SAGE 50 Pro program. Duties will including all bookkeeping duties for a small but busy renovation business including receivable, payables, PST, GST, banking, payroll for typically under 6 employees.
Great computer and Excel skills necessary.
Sales, estimating and or construction background could lead to a full time work if interested.
Hours will be flexible and based on workloads. Probably minimum 20 hours and more per week to start.
