Ability to lead staff using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate good mathematical skills and working knowledge of accounting principles. Ability to learn all front desk shift procedures as we as Property Management System. Must have proficient computer skills.
The key responsibility is to be professionally responsive to the needs of the guests and fellow employees at all times. Perform audit procedures, check daily sales balance and payments, balance cash transactions, handling cash and credit transactions and ensure posted correctly. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel as per job description.
