Qualifications: Diploma or recent Certifications in Information Technology. System Administration with exposure to help desk support in Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Office 365, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, MSQL, VMware, computer hardware, peripheral devices and printer hardware. Good knowledge of network security protocols and standards. Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
The Technical Support Specialist works in a customer service-oriented environment and responsibilities include implementation, configuration, connectivity, patching, troubleshooting and deploying end user hardware, software, and peripherals. This position works closely with all the following technologies: Operating System and software deployment, patch management, Active Directory, audio visual equipment, surveillance hardware and software, Office365, mobile technology, Wi-Fi and VOIP network administration.
