Ability to use property management system on computer, credit card authorization terminal, phone system, call accounting system. Must have exceptional customer service at every level - by phone, in person and behind the scenes. Must be friendly and respectful to all. Ability to balance ledgers, cashouts, receipts, etc. and accountable for all paperwork, checklists and transactions. Training will be provided on all shifts as needed.
Perform guest check-in and check-out functions with courtesy, speed and accuracy. Provide assitance as needed to guests and staff. Accountable for all transactions and ensure thoroughly and accurately completed. All duties as per job description.
