Requirements • Past experience in reception and/or administration an asset
• Completion of recognized post-secondary business and/or administration courses OR combination of work experience and education
• Knowledge of community resources
• Clear Police Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector
• A high level of computer and software proficiency (including MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and comprehension & conflict resolution

Duties • Walk clients needing assistance through the application process
• Assist clients in the Self-Serve resource area with job applications, resumes and cover letters, job searches and other assistance as required
• Maintain and organize job board
• Direct clients to appropriate services and resources, and identify clients who may need crisis-care services
• Answer phones and schedule client appointments
• Monitor client bi-weekly reporting
• Provide office administration support
• Other duties as required
