Requirements Create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests, working with one of the top culinary teams in the Region! Hiring for our summer season with the opportunity for continued winter employment. As a Line Cook at Island Lake your will have a strong background and experience in the culinary field combined with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
-Experience in fine dining is an asset
-Culinary school diploma or trade certificate is a an asset
-Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
