Requirements We're looking for a great new team member for The Loaf's kitchen. You should be good with a knife, hard working and reliable, able to work with standardized recipes and produce a consistently high-quality standard of work. On the job training will be provided, but ideally we're looking for someone with one to two years of kitchen experience, plus FoodSafe certification. In return we offer a good pay rate, excellent tip-outs, and a free 2019/2020 ski pass to a successful candidate who wants to stay long term!

Duties Prepare customer orders to a consistently high standard. Keep up our excellent levels of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in the kitchen. Work within a team to prepare for service, keep stations stocked, fill orders, and undertake clean-up as required. Co-operate well with team members in our busy, casual dining 50-seater restaurant that is known for producing its menu from scratch, by hand, in-house, with care and consistency.
