Requirements • Good interpersonal skills
• Computer skills including a knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Understanding of RoomMaster and ACCPAC would be advantageous
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Other duties:
• Supervise the cash and treasury function for the resort and associated businesses
• Ensure timely reporting of daily and monthly revenue reports to internal users and management
• Liaise with relevant Head Office staff
• Assist with products in the Ticketing POS
• Other related duties as required

Duties • Oversee and assist with Accounts Receivable processes at hotels and resort: including creating invoices, liaising with customers, following up and processing payments
• Work closely with the team at the hotels ensuring 3rd party commissions and invoices are paid out correctly
• Manage Owner reservations, owner usage calendars, and rental pool bookings at hotels
• Complete month-end duties including: reconcile AR, balance cashsheets, monitor taxes, monthly reporting, floats, etc
• Support the day to day activities of Cash Audit and Accounts Receivable at the resort
