Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. As this position affects the guest experience at every level - by phone, in person and behind the scenes - it is imperative that all staff are friendly, respectful and helpful at all times. Must have good computer skills, superior customer service and the ability to remain calm during busy season. Must be well-groomed and look professional. Willing to work days, evenings and nights.
The key responsibility is to be professionally responsive to the needs of the guest, fellow employees and all those who enter the hotel. Will be managing online reservations. Checking in and checking out the guests in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Ability to do laundry chores on all shifts if time allows.
