Requirements • Strong time management skills required, organized, independent worker
• Ability to maintain confidentiality required
• Previous experience in office environment required
• Previous experience with Mailchimp program an asset
• Previous experience in HR work an asset
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills


Duties • To ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
• To assist and up sell guests at every opportunity
• Email correspondence, internal and external
• Recruitment correspondence for all resort applicants
• Staff Newsletter production
• Assist with staff program preparations, promotions, posters
• Safety Management Program record keeping
• Human Resources support work as required
• Miscellaneous administrative work as required
• Maintain and adhere to RCR policies, procedures and Safety Management program
