Community Connections Support Services is seeking applications from community minded professionals interested in assisting people who have a disability to live more inclusively in their community.
Interested applicants will have a background in human services, a commitment to excellence in customer service and will have a personal philosophy that supports dignity and autonomy for all. This is an outreach position that requires the maintenance of a home based office, use of a personal vehicle at work and adequate computer skills.
This 35 hour per week position (RFT (temporary - 6 months) as Home Share Coordinator involves the orientation, recruitment, screening and ongoing monitoring of home sharing contractors. This is a temporary position covering for a medical leave of approximately six months.
