At least one year experience in food preparation and customer service are required.
Familiar with fast-paced environment, working under pressure and to be standing for extended periods.
Effective interpersonal skills, team player and client focus.
Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being cooked and handled.
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff members who prepare, portion and serve food.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Establish methods to meet work schedules.
Perform same duties as workers supervised (if necessary)
