Requirements A person is required to manage and maintain a townhouse rental complex in SPARWOOD BC.
Person must have construction trade skills as well as office administration ability.
To maintain the units a jack of all trade skills, and master of some, is required, as well as knowledge about quality, and the ability to trouble shoot and improvise.
To manage the units the person must be experienced, and proficient in office procedures and conduct and have great interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to hire and supervise cleaners and others. Proficiency in computer skills is important.

Duties The person is expected to do most all the repairs, maintenance and renovation work required, and therefore must have his/her own tools and vehicle.
For administration, the person must take applications, screen the applicants, prepare leases, maintain and update tenant records, deal with residents, including enforce rules and regulations, report daily to head office all matters relevant to the complex, residents, job and business.
Person will have his/her own computer, and printer.
Consultation with, and instruction from head office in Winnipeg will be an integral part of the responsibilities.
