Requirements -Previous hotel front desk agent experience with Property management systems is required, if not be able to learn
-Positive attitude and able to listen to guests and find solutions is very important
-Good communication skills. Being polite is must
-Listen to the manager and implement what is being said and as per hotel guidelines
-At least high school pass, being able to work comfortably with excel, word, mail and other programs as required

Duties Job duties include but not limited to:
-check-in guests and enter into property management systems, take payments, make them sign forms and make and give them keys with specific instructions
-attend to guests complaints or requirements immediately
-attend to rooms issues and if can't be resolved, notify the manager
-clean front desk area, common area and hot tub area
-keep things tidy up and take reservations over phone, or walk-ins
-implement fire and safety codes and other hotel requirements
-help do laundry or help housekeeping job if not busy
-call companies for marketing purposes
