We require a hands-on Manager with a strong operational background. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Pub with an emphasis on operations, development/supervision of personnel, and quality assurance.
Must have a minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage, and minimum 2 years experience in a bar/pub setting. A strong background in bartending would be an asset. Must be familiar with bar inventory and ordering procedures.
