Duties • To ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff
• Planning and direction of food preparation according to resort F&B specifications
• Follow kitchen’s systems & principles
• Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and food storage management
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly, manage challenges quickly and efficiently
• Supervise, coach, mentor, lead kitchen staff during working hours
• Ensuring the highest level of service and guest experience
• Provide non-stop team work with your teammates and managers
