Requirements • Previous bartending experience required, management preferred
• Wine pairing and service knowledge required
• Food Safe Certificate an asset
• Serving it Right certification required

Duties • Assist in developing cocktail menus and training manuals
• Train bar staff in cocktail making and up-selling
• Ensure bar team is providing exceptional service to all guests in the restaurant
• Manage daily inventory control systems
• Demonstrate and ensure approved food handling procedures and ongoing cleanliness
• Serve and promote Ice Bar
• Complete weekly liquor and keg orders
• Abide by all RCR policies and Safety Management Program
