Requirements •Chef/Cook certification preferred
•Food Safe Certificate required
•A minimum of two years food and beverage experience
•A minimum of two years leadership experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
•Must be physically capable and able to lift moderately heavy items, stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items


Duties •Effective and efficient daily operation and management of the kitchen staff to maintain the highest level of service, food quality and product consistency
•Promote a safe, sanitized work site, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and storage management
•Maintain and enhance product offerings in partnership with the Restaurant Manager and F&B Director
•Hire, train, coach, mentor, supervise and develop a successful & enthusiastic team of kitchen employees
