Requirements This busy multi practitioner clinic is looking to hire a 4 day a week permanent office administrator.

The ability to multitask and have efficient organizational and computer skills will be a key factor to your hiring.

Previous office or administrative experience will be considered an asset but on site training will be provided.

A successful candidate will need to learn how to use Electronic Medical Records for scheduling, patient booking, invoicing and charting.

Duties The position requires a highly motivated and independent person who is able to work in a busy office environment. You need to be able to bounce back and forth between patient interaction and administrative tasks.

You will interact with many people throughout the day and will be handling confidential personal information. An outgoing yet compassionate person would be a good fit for this position.

Training will be provided so that you are able to assist the physiotherapist when needed.

Basic organizing and clinic clean up will also be required.
