Park Place Lodge is currently seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our Guest Services team. Night Audit shift is 11pm to 7am / 4 nights a week.
Our Guest Services Agents are valued members of our team who are responsible for providing the finest quality of service to our hotel guests. They are relied upon to provide our guests with an experience that will be commended and recommended. Our current Guest Services Agent position will be ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working with the public.
-Maintaining an inventory of hotel vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
-General supervision and maintenance of the property throughout the shift
-Answering enquiries (by telephone, e-mail, and in person)
-Providing information about hotel services and facilities, as well as insight and information about the community
-Responding promptly and appropriately to guest complaints and hotel issues that may arise
-Compiling and checking daily records
-Providing invoices and statements
-Handling the departure of guests including receiving payments
-Operating hotel software
-Multi-line switchboard operation
