Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. As this position affects the guest experience at every level, by phone, in person and behind the scenes, it is imperative that all staff are friendly, respectful and helpful at all times. Must be professional responsive all all guest and employee needs. Experience with property management systems an asset. Must have good computer skills as well as ability to maintain accountability/balancing of all transactions. Knowledge of switchboard and credit card terminals an asset.
Follow all company policies and procedures with professionalism and courtesy to all. Perform check-in ad check-out functions with speed and accuracy. Maintain accountability for all paperwork, checklists and transactions during shift. Balance all shift reports and cash-outs. Communicate well in a professional manner with other staff both verbally and written. Ability to follow all duties and responsibilities as listed in the job description.
