Requirements As a Customer Service Advisor with Finning Canada, you will use your technical expertise in the scheduling of all equipment repairs, managing the service processes and work order management.

Utilizing your excellent customer service and communication skills, you will coordinate and collaborate with our customers throughout the repair cycle.

Duties Participate in safe Finning’s Safety Policy/Programs and initiatives
Consult with heavy equipment technicians regarding required repairs and or maintenance work
Provide repair options to our customers including providing customers with information about available OEM part options
Provide the customers with regular information and updates regarding the status of their equipment repairs
Coordinate with Service Supervisors and Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) to meet all deadlines for machine repairs
Answering incoming phone calls and inquires related to vehicle servicing
