The purpose of the survey is to understand from an employer’s perspective their experiences hiring and retaining immigrant talent in the East Kootenay Region. This survey recognizes the importance of immigration to address workforce challenges and supports economic growth in the East Kootenay region. By gathering feedback, this survey can pinpoint specific areas where services need to be enhanced or modified to better meet community needs.
