About the speaker

Yat Li is an award-winning accessibility advocate and Associate Director at Accessible Employers. Born Deaf and without external ears, he turned a lifetime of barriers into a career helping organizations build workplaces where people thrive. He has spoken to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, and he’s a contributor to the Government of Canada’s 2024 accessibility report.
